Dating Ideas for the 21st Century

Here's a creative date idea for when you've been seeing someone for a while and have got close to them. After dating for a period of time we often like to have photos of our new partner and what better way than to make a date out of it and create a digital photobook.

So our first step is to identify somewhere to shoot. This could be a local park or somewhere with nice gardens. I live not far from a beach which makes a perfect location even when the weather is not so good. Alternatively, you can always find some interesting places downtown. You'll probably want to check out your location to make sure it will give you the effect you want.

Then you can both take a few hours in each other's company taking lots of great photos, and make sure they get some of you. Your photos don't need to be formal poses either as you'll sometimes find that the better photos are those taken when your date is least aware. And if there are passers by then try and see if they'll take some photos of you both together.

In our 21st century world many have immediate access to a digital camera and these are perfect for our photo-date as we can look at our photos at the end of our photo session rather than have to wait for processing. Digital cameras are just great as they allow us to take hundreds of photos in the space of a few hours without worrying about the quality of each picture. This is great for just snapping away and afterwards you can have a few more hours laughing at your lovely day and the great results you have to show for it.

And to end your perfect day, how about buying a digital photo keyring and loading your best photos on to it at the end? This will give you a lovely frequent reminder for your perfect date whenever you want it. For the less technological of you, perhaps you could take your photos to a quick processing place and then present your favourite photo to your date in a picture frame at the end of the date. And for the technologically advanced, why not make a photo-story movie out of your date, the software is readily available for free on the internet and sometimes already on your PC.
