Obviously there must be a strong reason for your boyfriend to just stop speaking to you. You are anxious as to what the matter could be and you want to find out what it means when he has stopped talking with you. Here are some possibilities.
He's mad at you
Your boyfriend just stops talking to you for some reason that you cannot figure out. May be he's just plain mad at you over some incident that took place a couple of days ago. Recall what triggered this feeling, then, apologize, if it was your fault.
Feels disillusioned
Perhaps in the earlier days of your getting to know one another he was so madly in love with you that he overlooked some of the shortcomings in you. Now, after some time he feels totally disillusioned and his only reaction is to just stop talking to you.
May be he feels claustrophobic
May be you have been taking up too much of his time and he finds he's left with little or no time to himself and he does not know how to tell you. This may be a reason why your boyfriend just stops talking to you. So try to give him more time for himself.
Is stress the cause
Stress could very well be a cause why your boyfriend just stops talking to you. Maybe your relationship has become a little too stuffy for him with all your expectations or the commitments that you have tied him down to. His reaction is to just stop talking.
Some one else on his mind
May be your boyfriend has met someone else in who he seems more interested now and that is causing him to just stop talking to you. He is now in a quandary as to how to tell you and the best option for him is to stop talking. This could also be a reason.
The relationship has ended
By not talking with you he could very well be trying to indicate that the relationship between you has ended. He does not know how to speak of it to you and by him keeping silent he expects that you should understand that he does not want to have anything to do with you.
Try probing
Rather than take anything on face value go ahead and ask him the reason why he has just stopped talking to you. What is the cause and whether you are to blame for anything? Unless you find out and are sure do not take any hasty step to end the relationship on your own.
