I Really Want a Girlfriend Now - Too Much Desire Is Just Too Much

You know how you always hear advice regarding how good it is to really, really want something? Well, while it is good advice for some things, for others it's not so good. If you really want a girlfriend now and you feel it with all of your desire, that can actually make you come across as being too eager to get a woman and that can end up working against you. There are of course exceptions to that, but that is all they are, exceptions. The last thing that you want to do if you want to get a girlfriend now is to come across as being downright desperate for one.

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT -

While it is kind of cliche to say that good things come to those who wait, in the case of attracting a girlfriend, it usually ends up being the case. You see, when guys are too eager for a girlfriend, they usually end up turning off the right women and attracting the wrong ones. You have to ask yourself, would it be better to have a girlfriend who is not really right for you, or would it be better to wait a while until you find one who is good for you?

It takes some time to get good with women, good enough to have the ability to attract a woman you like even if she seems to be out of your league on the surface. However, I'd like to think that most guys would rather end up with that desirable woman as their girlfriend as opposed to just any woman that they happen to come across.

EAGER BEAVER BECOMES LONELY BOYFRIEND -

Have you ever had a friend who was just a little bit too desperate for a girlfriend and you watched them end up in a relationship that was just boring and turned them into one of those lonely guys who happens to have a girlfriend? I know that I have seen some of my friends over the years go down that road. You know, they end up with a woman who winds up bossing them around, keeps them away from their buddies and at the end of the day - the guy isn't even all that happy?

That is what happens when you are too eager to find a girlfriend and instead of learning how to attract the right woman, you just take the first one that you can get. Sure, some guys get lucky and just happen to meet the right woman even when they really don't have much attraction skill, but that is more of an exception than anything else.
